Owner & Chief Financial OfficerBrandee was born in Brandon and spent her childhood in northern Manitoba. She was first introduced into the accounting world by her sister, our very own Ginger. While working alongside her sister she developed a passion for the bookkeeping disciplines. She loves the satisfaction of finding complex problems and working her way through them. Brandee is very creative, hardworking, diligent, and eager to help. We are so happy to have had her cheerful and vibrant demeanour in each of our departments. She loves to sing, play all six of her instruments, and even teach others to play guitar.
Madison M.
Owner & Chief Operating OfficerBorn and raised in Brandon, MB, Madison joined Venture in July of 2025 bringing with her a Bachelor’s degree in General Management and over two years of experience leading a team of 10+ staff. Now based in Calgary, AB, she works remotely with clients, focusing on creating efficient and organized processes that help them feel supported and confident in their finances. With a strong background in client relations, Madison is excited to expand her skills in bookkeeping while continuing to streamline systems. Proud to be part of the second generation contributing to her family’s business, she values the opportunity to support both her clients' and Venture's long-term growth. In her free time, Madison enjoys playing violin and harp among her many other instruments, teaching violin lessons, as well as spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their dog, Niko.
Ginger H.
Director of LearningBorn and raised in southwestern Manitoba, Ginger loves small towns and rural life. She was recognized in the community as a contact lens fitter and licensed optician for over a decade. Ginger’s commitment to serve the public is resolute and, equipped with a multitude of transferable skills, she passionately tackles financial challenges for a wide variety of clients. Ginger joined Venture Accounting Group Ltd. in 2011, initially on a part-time basis, and then in 2014 assuming her full time role. Ginger excels at inventory management, fixed asset management and in particular, process development. She works with clients across industry sectors, including security, telecommunications, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. Ginger takes pride in assisting business owners with customized financial work plans centered on accuracy and efficiency. Ginger is the heart of our organization. She has a completely infectious personality and her empathy, kindness, and sense of humor foster an engaging office environment. Fun fact about Ginger, she is a Super Mom of three children and a social butterfly.
Courtney C.
Director of Payroll ServicesCourtney was born and raised in Brandon, MB. She started with Venture Accounting Group Ltd. in 2020 as a Client Representative, from there she found a love for the payroll world. Courtney spent two years completing her Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation through the National Payroll Institute. In 2022, Courtney became the Director of Payroll Services and joined the Leadership Team. Courtney excels at payroll reconciliations, collaborating with Human Resources, and Provincial and Federal Legislation. She loves building connections with her coworkers and her clients. Courtney is very organized, hardworking, and will give you the shirt off her back if needed. She loves to travel and explore new places and cultures. She is passionate and under the spell of her two cats, Gus & Ivy.

Accounting TechnicianAnge was born and raised in the Westman community. Her kind-hearted nature shines through everything she does. Ange has always been in the Customer/Client-based industry, so her passion for helping others has benefited all of us in her eagerness to assist anyone in any way she can. She values our integrity and honesty and enjoys building trust-based, open communicative relationships in our little community. Fun fact about Ange, she is a Crafting Queen.

Accounting TechnicianMichelle joined our team earlier this spring as an Accounting Technician. Michelle has resided in Brandon Manitoba since 1978. Michelle worked for an office for 18 years before deciding to take the leap and further her experience and knowledge in the financial world. She is organized, eager to help, and dependable. She loves to spend her time with her family and gardening whenever she gets the chance to.
